Compounds

POLYESTER POLYURETHANE (AU) CER01:

Very valuable compound with mechanical characteristics comparable to the casted polyurethane, the one based of prepolymer + Moca, but is supplied in sheets, like the traditional rubber: therefore useful in those applications where the management of a liquid product is difficult. The compound, being already reactive at room T, must be stored in the freezer. Under these conditions it can be stored for a several months.
Of our range is the product with the highest performance. It is characterized by high elasticity, exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, with elongation at break greater than 1.000%, it is resistant and elastic at low temperatures, oil resistant and it cures at a relatively low temperature.
Recommended for technical items which are subjected to high mechanical stress and have to last long time

SEE ARTICLES

Being a polyester, it is subject to hydrolysis therefore not indicated in humid environments, in particular if humidity is associated with heat.
Available from 70 to 100 shore A hardness in various colours, also white.

POLYESTER POLYURETHANE (AU) CER01 ULTRASOFT:

It is the same compound coded CER01 (POLYESTER, AU) but it is characterized by a lower viscosity than the traditional CER01. It was created for the ceramic tile field to facilitate the flowing during the pressing phase, thus decreasing the force necessary for its forming.
In the ceramic tile punches production it allows pressing at a 30-40% lower pressure than with the standard CER01, thus allowing the pressing of larger sizes.
Also available from 70 to 100 shore A hardness in various colours, including white.

POLYETHER POLYURETHANE (EU), CODE CER03/C

Also of polyurethane matrix, in this case it is POLYETHER (EU): it can be stored at room temperature and does not fear humidity. The main feature of this product is its extreme flow ability during the pressing and elasticity of the final item. Available from 65 to 90 shore A hardness in green, violet, dark grey and red colour. Additional colours and hardness are to be verified upon request.
