Born as a service company to the ceramic tile industry, Cergomma is specialized in the production of polyurethane compounds (polyester and polyether) characterized by high mechanical performance. We are manufacturers of the compound based on UREPAN®, a “historical” polyester originally from Bayer.

Compounds
CER01 is the most widely used compound in the range and the one with the highest mechanical performance. It is a polyurethane matrix compound (POLYESTER, AU) and is known as “traditional frozen rubber”; because, being very reactive, it must be stored in the freezer.
Storage of compounds
The traditional frozen rubber CER01, being very reactive, must be stored at a temperature of -15/-20°C. We recommend that customers take from the freezer only the quantity that must be pressed in the hours immediately following and not the complete package.
Products for the application
Together with the compounds, Cergomma is able to supply with the products for their application, such as the releasing agent for the molding, the glue (when rubber-metal bonding is necessary) and the solvent for diluting the glue.
