This is the most used product of the range and it is the one with highest mechanical performances.
It’s a Polyester (AU) based rubber compound and it is known as “traditional frozen rubber” because, being very reactive, it has to be stored in freezer.
This product is characterized by high elasticity, abrasion and tear resistance and vulcanizes at a relatively low temperature (125°C) in short time: valuable feature from the point of view of energy saving.
Recommended for valuable technical items which are submitted to high mechanical stress and which have to last long time.
Available from 70 to 100 shore A hardness in various colours, neutral the colour is white.
Basically is the same CER01 compound so it has the same characteristics but it is characterized by a lower viscosity.
It has been developed to increase the flowing of the rubber during the pressing/injection in order to reduce the force applied for the moulding. In the ceramic tile punches production it allows pressing at a 30-40% lower pressure than with the standard CER01, thus allowing the pressing of larger size.

POLYETHER POLYURETHANE (EU), CODE CER03/C
It’s always a polyurethane compound but this is a polyether based (EU) reinforced with Silica: it is stored at room temperature, for this reason in the field it is known as “long life rubber”, and doesn’t fear the humidity.The main feature of this rubber is its extreme softness and flowability during the pressing.
Available from 65 to 90 shore A hardness in green, violet, grey and red colour.Additional colours are to be verified under request.
It’s a nitrile based compound and has been developed expressly for the laser engraving.
Unlike many other products which have been tested for this application which tend to melt loosing the design definition, CER06 keep perfect resolution of the design and definition of the structure.
